Digital service

Vexifya sells access to digital software tools and subscription features. No physical goods are shipped.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a billing issue, or could not access paid features, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email, charge date, and reason for the request.

Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We generally approve refunds for duplicate charges, accidental purchases reported promptly, or service access failures caused by Vexifya. We may decline refunds for heavy usage of paid features, abuse, or violations of our terms.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

What to include

To help us review quickly, include the email used on Vexifya, the Razorpay payment reference if you have it, the date of purchase, and whether the issue is about access, credits, duplicate payment, or an accidental purchase.

Credits and usage

Vexifya Pro includes daily credits and supported batch workflows during the paid access period. Refund reviews may consider whether paid credits or batch features were heavily used before the request.
