Pro access

Vexifya Pro purchases through Razorpay Standard Checkout are one-time payments for 30 days of access and do not renew automatically.

How to cancel

You can request help with access or billing by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Because Standard Checkout purchases are one-time payments, there is no automatic renewal to cancel.

After cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, you keep access to paid features through the end of the paid 30-day access period. Your plan then returns to the free tier.

Digital delivery

Paid features are delivered digitally through your Vexifya account after successful checkout. No physical delivery, shipping, or returns apply.

Credit reset after access ends

When the 30-day Pro period ends, your account returns to the free tier unless you buy another access period. Daily credits and batch limits then follow the free plan rules.

Billing support

If your account does not show Pro access after payment, contact billing support with your account email and Razorpay reference so we can check the purchase record.
